i was absolutely shocked by the strong chemical smell of the bedding, which made my stay quite unpleasant. the indoor pool was too cold to use, a true disappointment. i nearly expected to receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but didn’t. frankly, it’s baffling how they continue to operate like this.
